Wesley James is Megabite’s lead technician, with a focus primarily on Apple technology. Wesley has been with Megabite for six years starting as an Apprentice for Deryck Burnett, CEO of Megabite.
Since then, Wesley has acquired the Apple Certified iOS Technician, Apple Certified Mac Technician, and Google’s IT Support Professional certifications. Wesley is currently training to become an instructor with Megabite and enjoys educating residents of NE Florida on a variety of technological challenges.
Wesley’s responsibilities include troubleshooting clients’ macs and pcs and providing one-on-one consultation for the purchase of new consumer technology products. Wesley is also one of Megabite’s instructors in the company’s Simply Help service and assists in the critical role of maintaining client relations. Part of his responsibilities includes managing records of services rendered for future reference. Wesley has successfully managed one of the company’s largest projects as of 2018, which included coordinating with contractors from several organizations.
